- The bottle arrived with a missing straw.
- Promised replacement cap with straw; weeks pass with address/phone requests and emails not received.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I asked for a replacement cap for the.water bottle I ordered.
Keep emailing to the costumer service l. Eventually it will be resolved although it might take a while.
This contact went great initially, and I was promised a replacement cap with straw. But then I kept getting emails asking for my address and phone number, while I included those details in multiple emails.
Now they keep saying that they didn't receive my emails, but the email they replied to had my address and phone number added in it! All in all, a very tiring and frustrating process that is taking three weeks already.
