Resolved: Product suport
No call, wrong number, they didn't appropriately answer my technical support question or offer any alternative.
I could not complete the call from this site, but when I called the 888 number, it was to a recovery center and not product support. I did email today and will wait for a response.
The product itself is great, but contacting the company with a toll free number is not, so not sure how to rate the company yet. Will start with a 3 and edit , if possible, with any changes regarding outcome of email contact.
