I tried to contact someone at head office to ask a few questions and I couldn't get an operator to answer the phone and tell me who I needed to talk to. If I can't get a hold of anyone at head office now, how am I going to after they have my money. I'm not giving these folks my hard earned money when they can't be bothered to talk to me to even sell me a system.

I would ask all Kinetico users to take the softened water to a state certified water testing facility. Test for sodium, hardness, and TDS( total dissolved solids). The softness should be below 40gm/l, if it is above that, you are not getting soft water.

I bought a Culligan water system and set up a financial plan, I cannot get through by call, online either to start payments. First 6 mo. is supposed to be 0% interest. I’ve been locked out of online with the very password that was sent. They don’t want me to pay?

We bought a house with an Ecowater "Builders Model" and we had 4 teenagers and 3 adults on it. This system (On a Well) did excellently. We had a Well Pump go out but it was fixed immediately. It needed service from time to time to get ants/frogs and snakes out of it...
