Absolutely ridiculous! Went online searched for a low price on a Bulova 98B103 watch.

WatchZWorld had it (real cheap) ... ordered it ... got a nice invoice and a notice I'd "receive an email soon with shipping info/tracking #" ... then, NOTHING!

Wrote an email "where's my watch"? Response? "Sorry, out of stock / discontinued". That was it!

Did they charge my credit card or not? Wrote another email, no answer. CALLED THEM ... foreign speaking woman -- who I couldn't understand -- mumbled, mumbled, but stated "No, no charge -- no longer available".

So, now I have to wait and see if they did, indeed, CHARGE my credit card or not. Reordered the watch (for $5 more, big deal) from a REPUTABLE MERCHANT on eBay.

Well, I was looking for a watch and found a good price on it on a very reputable merchants website. Sent an email to WatchZWorld as they advertise "Best Price Guarantee".

Here is the reply I got >> "Sorry we can`t do match for this watch we buy it expensive". The price difference was $25 on a $400 watch. Ridiculous.

So much for the guarantee.

I'd stay away from this place as I personnaly would not trust a merchant that goes back on their, easiest to fulfill, guarantee. Just imagine if you had to hit them up for some other guarantee/warranty issue...

My wife bought me a "Seiko" watch as a wedding present in April this year. It was meant to be waterproof to 100 metres and cost $350, which seemed pretty cheap. There was a good reason for that, it wasn't a real Seiko, or in the words of Seiko Australia upon their inspection, it was a non genuine Seiko product.

They intially told me that it was my fault because I had opened the watch to put in a new battery, which, being a new watch, I obviously hadn't.

They then told me that I could return the watch and it would be replaced. Two months later, no new watch, no refund and now, they won't return emails.

GIVE THIS COMPANY A MISS

There was a Casio G-Shock model I wanted. After some research I found it on WatchZworld for $129.00.

The normal MSRP was $150.00. I thought "great, even with shipping it's still a good deal." I placed my order, and within 24 hours received my order conformation email. After 4-5 days of NO word on shipping, I sent an email to "customer-service" asking when the watch would ship. 24 hours later I received an email back in very broken English stating "that watch out of stock...

we get next week… just wait." Keep in mind there was no indication the watch was out of stock on their website. A week later and still no word, I called the 800 number. The woman basically told me word for word what the email said. Another week goes by; I call again "we get next week… just wait." I don't believe she had any idea when or where my watch would come from.

A few days after the 2nd call, I called again to cancel my order. She tried to talk me out of it "we get next week… just wait." The ONLY good thing was they hadn't charged my credit card yet, so there was no battle to get my money back. I ended up ordering directly from Casio.

It was $25.00 more than WatchZworld , but I received it a week later.

I purchased my daughter\'s Swiss army alliance from watchzworld last year and was glad that they contacted me this year to let me know of the great pricing deal they were offering. FANTASTIC CSTOMER SERVICE.

I will be at least an annual customer and recom...mend them to everyone. I am also going to check what else they sell. I have made two watch purchases from watchzworld. The first was an expensive watch that needed to be returned.

They took the return with no problem. My experience was very good.

I will defintetly buy again from watchzworld.The best price on the web for fast delivery. I take that.

response to my order was much quicker than i anticipated. while on vacation in aruba, i priced this specific SEikowatch at 2 "tax and duty free" jewelry stores.

the best that i could do was 35% off of list price. obviously, Watchzworld offered the sam...e product for less. i will indeed consider Watchzworld for future purchases. I thought my experience, and especially the shipment tracking was excellent.

How much better could one expect. i ordered it at 10am and it was there the next day. believe it or not. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They did manage to deliver on Christmas Eve. The only place to buy a watch in the future.

The best price I could get ...on buying my watch from a retailer was $525 and watchzworld shipped it to me for $467. No tax, no shipping.....saved about $100 over the best price in town. Exactly what I expected! Great service and watchzworld made my Christmas shopping stress free.

Any time I sent an inquiry about my the seiko watch I purchased they responded right back with accurate information.

I love the watch and can not believe ...how much money they saved me!!! I will use them for future purchases

This is not the first time I've placed an order with watchzworld. Their service is always excellent.

I live in New England and if the product, usually swiss army, I order is in stock (99% of the time it is) I receive it in 2-3 days and their prices are the... best!I was very pleased (to say in the least) with the quality of the watch..I can't believe how much i saved versus - buying the watch at retail vaulue in jewelry store...thanks again !

It could not have been easier. I made my selection from the easy to follow web site and provided the requested details. watczhworld followed up with a request for more credit card info (which I was happy to provide as they were ensuring my security). ...

I was advised when my purchase was shipped and I tracked it leaving the United States and arriving in my country. It arrived on my door step a few days later and less than two weeks after ordering.

These people are unprofessional, unreliable, and will more than likely NOT have your watch in stock. I waited a solid month before giving up.

That I could order the EXACT same watch from MANY different sites speaks volumes when the people you communicate with claim that they are eternally in back order with Casio. That's right, Casio. I could order my watch from Casio right now (for $30 more, sure), and receive it overnight, if I wanted to. Not watchzworld.com, they remain in a perpetual state of back order as if possessed by some evil force that forbids watches to enter their domain.

I finally blew my stack and the male who answered the phone screamed back so much foul language that I eventually laughed. This place is a joke.

I've ordered a watch from www.watchzworld.com website on March, 4 2009, and my debit card has been charged on the same day. However, 2-3 days later, the money came back to my account, and after I e-mailed the company for explanation, they replied that the item in question was out of stock. A week later I e-mailed them once again and asked to just inform me once they get that item available for purchasing. Instead, without prior notice, my debit card was charged once again, which overdrew my account. Consequently, my bank charged me an overdaft fee of $25, which the seller refused to reimburse. Further they did not give any explanation on why my debit card has been charged 3 weeks later than the original order date, and that without even asking me whether I still want the item. In short, I accuse the company above of the following:

1) false advertising (the item shown on the website, was not available)

2) double attempt to charge my debit card, the second time without asking my consent

3) Poor customer service on my behalf.
