I have ordered online from WATCHPART.CO.UK for TAG HEUER accessories item as below since February 2016 until now, but NO answer event 4 time I send e mail from their inquiries form. I ordered several watch parts over the Internet and have as not (4weeks) received anything, they do not answere the phone just let it ring and they also ignore a number of Emails can anyone tell me a way of getting my own back from them.inernet complaint procedure .credit card cancellation. All the parts I have ordered are genuine Tag Heuer is it possible to get them to put pressure on this cowboy outfit.I also wonder if anyone has tried to complain by way of the trading standards authority.I do think we should pull together to put this cowboy out of business

Not delivered, but billed. Lost money

Product not delivered. After 2 months, without answers, I found another email on the internet. I've contacted Mr. David. He answered me saying that will refund my money. Not yet refunded. See this forum : http://forums. Watchuseek. Com/f2/watchparts-co-uk-769998. Html. Don't buy in this company.I also did a complaint on the internet fraud department. See the answer of MR David : Not refunded yet. Hello Evandro, Please, Please stop emailing and worrying. The refund is waiting processing. Normally we refund on a Friday or Monday. There is no need to keep threatening as we have confirmed that your refund will be given in full. Please consider that we are a small family business and have paid out for the goods you have cancelled, including the strap that has become overdue. Unlike you we can not return these items for credit or cancel orders with suppliers so we are out of pocket twice. The refund amount is considerable and needs to accured in PayPal to make the full payment thus we advise a few days. Our PayPal balance is always very fluid as we use this to buy and sell. Www.watchparts.co.uk - DO NOT USE

I ordered on Mon 12 Nov 2012 some parts for my watch and I did not receive any goods. I tried to call them and the number rang out, I did numerous emails and eventually after threatening trading standards and the police I eventually got the response of money refunded, no apology no communication as to why I did not receive my goods. They are specialist parts for my watch so it is the parts I wanted. If this is how they trade with consumers then they should be out of business pretty quick. It took till the 21st December to get that response so they had plenty of time to communicate or get the stock ordered. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY IN MY OPINION.

I ordered a Tag Heuer part from them a few years ago. After many emails and a few desultory replies from them still no part and no refund.

Makes it difficult being half way around the world to chase up.

I have a full email trail to support this and am willing to put my contact details in.

Do not do business with them. They are dishonest.

No excuse for not replying, but they do order from Tag directly and Tag takes weeks to send out orders, I have waited up to 3 months to get parts
