We've had WM for 19 years this past summer we were late with one payment, when notified we paid two months to them immediately!They came and picked up our cans even though we're now paid up and want to recharge us for renewal of services. couldn't get it unloaded..he managed to get one bag but not the other..I as usual had to go deliver it to the dumpster myself..on my way to the dumpster I noticed many "cans" were just left knocked over..apparently Waste Management scrapes the bottom of the barrel in their hiring practices. Been using waste management now for 12 weeks, my recycling was supposed to been picked up 6 times now. My recycling has yet to be picked up on the day or even week that it is due and never gets picked up and less I call and ask why it's still sitting here. I keep being told that this is going to be fixed but it still happens every time.

Well Waste Management found a new way around no charge for recycling. We now have a charge for Recyclables Material offset. I asked them in a E-mail if we get a rebate when they make money from our recycling....no answer. Their big claim to fame is think Green...as long as it doesn't affect their bottom line. Call W.M, in Mass, Rubbish has not been picked up 2 weeks,( checked !yes the bill is paid in full up front monthly), on Thursday " ...there response ; we changed pick up day, put out extra barrels next week no charge ! Never will I use this company again.You pick up my trash on Monday and then come get my trashcan today and tell me my bill isn't paid?!? Here's one for you, I'll go with a local, cheaper company that bills MONTHLY. The quarterly billing is a bunch of BS and a good way for people who don't have their bill automatically withdrawn to forget about it.The local company is still cheaper quarterly than what you are.

I think the normal services work fine, collection is fairly regular and predictable.However, this company does not do well with exceptions and follow up. Their workers often slam the containers back on the curb after emptying. As such, one day the wheel gave up and the container did not roll anymore.
