Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They actually sent me the return label so I sent it back and it only took two days I had to pay shipping and handling 13 dollars I don't understand that I'm paying for something that free return so that makes scratch my head thinking about but I got my refund back im not order from them again.
I never received a response. I would like a return label, so if you can, please help. I don't want to keep holding it.

This device does not work at all. I replaced a new battery and it doesn’t show the blue lights or the white light at all.

- - I bought another set of batteries, but that did not fix the issue.
In August 3, I receive the camera and the panel solar at work for one month, but after that is not working, and I bought another set of battery and that was not the issue because its still not working
