As of now apparently the health department of Washongton State does not do what they say they do. They state on their website: Health Systems Quality AssuranceHealth System Quality Assurance's top priority is to protect and improve the health of people in Washington State.

We do this by helping to prevent injuries, develop health systems and improve patient safety. We work closely with communities and local health partners to build strong health systems and prevention programs. This helps ensure that everyone has access to good healthcare and emergency medical servicesWell I have not been granted this quality care, and according to all the emails the Department of Health does nothing to help obtain quality health care. Therefore they are making false claims on their website and the tax dollars that we pay them do not do what they claim.

Shut them down. You want to take money from the police department take the money from this false government entity and give it to the police for better training.

I went to the Washington State Department of Health, Health Systems Quality Assurance to obtain assistance with gaining truthful, timely, and quality health care. I have attempted to obtain this assistance for truthful, unadulterated medical assistance because of a legal case I had filed with the Department of Health and then I filed an appeal with the Washington State Health Commissioners office (case number 2018-****).

It was found that in this case of no informed consent the Washington State Health Commissioners Office found that it was standard of care to forge the informed consent form and revise medical records improperly and delete medical records. I claimed that I never had informed consent and that I was told my stage 1A breast cancer was not stage 1A but that I was terminal and would die without chemotherapy.

I am now possibly having the heart conditions related to the chemotherapy that I was given. I have not been allowed to speak with a cardiologist, I was not allowed to have an echo after chemotherapy. I had asked the Washington State Health Systems Quality Assurance to help obtaining preventative, and quality health care regarding this issue and they turned me down.

When you take certain types of chemotherapy you must be given a heart exam, whether that be an Echo or something else. I was given an Echo prior to the commencement of the first injection of chemotherapy. I had stopped breathing during this echo due to a reaction to the dye they injected. That medical record is attached.

The Health Systems Quality Assurance states:

Health System Quality Assurances to priority is to protect and improve the health of people in Washington State.

We do this by helping to prevent injuries, develop health systems and improve patient safety. We work closely with communities and local health partners to build strong health systems and prevention programs. This helps ensure that everyone has access to good healthcare and emergency medical services. (https://www.doh.wa.gov/AboutUs/ProgramsandServices/HealthSystemsQualityAssurance)

IF this is the job of this office then why have they denied me this assistance?

I need help and I need it now and they have refused? Why have they refused? I cant go anywhere else but back to the very hospital that fabricated medical records and have refused to assist in truthful quality health care why can I not receive honest health care? I need help.

IF the Health Systems Quality Assurance say their top priority is to protect and improve the health of people in their state, by helping to prevent injuries then why wont they help me to obtain preventative heart help?

Why will they not speak to the only hospital I can go too to help navigate truthful healthcare? Why cant they just place a call to the hospital on my behalf to explain that I want the truth?

IF forging documents is Standard of Care then why are our tax dollars going to protect crooked doctors and crooked government agencies. I have to be at that hospital by the end of this week, and I have nobody who will help me get truthful information. They wont even tell me if I should even bother to go.

IF I cant get follow through with the results then it is just a waste of time? Why waste more taxpayers dollars if It is pointless? This office will not answer these questions. Why not?

Isnt this the job they claim they are supposed to be doing? I need help and I need now.

Cons:
  • Do not do what they say
  • And the taxpayers pay for a service they do not do

Preferred solution: Contact ST.Johns Peace Health and tell them I want truthful medical attention.

User's recommendation: Stay away from hospitals because they can and will do whatever they want because there is no regulatory offices that will defend the patient.

This is the truth of Standard of Care. I went through this almost exactly the same thing.

We the citizens that the Health department says they protect are thrown under the bus and become the guinea pigs of the medical world.

When you do not make the top of the income in your area you do not receive real medical treatment. It is the way it is.
