2026 season tickets
- - I don't want to renew tickets next year, but they charged my account.
- - They can't refund; renewal was emailed and I didn't get a phone call.
I don't want to renew my season tickets for next year and they are making me pay for them. They took money out my account and told me they can't refund me my money.

- - I forgot medication in the truck and was told I could return at the gate.
- - Later, another gate denied reentry, saying policy wasn't communicated.
Went to a guard at the gate yesterday for the skins eagles game and explained I had forgot some medication in the truck. Dude without hesitation said oh of course you can go get it.
After retrieving the medicine I came back to the same gate and the gentleman that told me that was nowhere to be found, and none of the other guards were allowing me back in. They then proceeded to call some guy to the gate that makes ultimate decision on letting someone in or not and he told me theres a strict no reentry policy and no one told me that and blah blah blah. At this point Im literally begging this guy and he just orders security to drag me off the premises. At this point Im not proud of my actions but I was literally on the *** of fighting 20 cops in the parking lot.
Never been so dumbfounded in my life and was just filled with so much *** anger. Im doing everything I can to make the team aware of how I was treated mostly because of the point . Like why do I have to pay the price for your employees mistake. How many people does this happen to?
What sucks even more is that if this isnt made right I can never support this team again. Ill never go to another game. Ill never buy another jersey. Nothing.
If anyone knows someone that can help this reach the right people please do so! No one should ever have the type of game day experience I had at northwest stadium yesterday.

The team sucks and the play caller in the booth is junk fire them as well. Your quarterback and team said they intentionally played lazy. Conclusion none of the players like being on the team.

I was cheated out my money by Mr Dawson Mr Anthony and Mr Ryan and now the chief and everybody else that is manager of the Washington commanders paying me no man and I've been a Redskin fan for years since I was for 15 and I'm 61 disabled and I don't have money like that they lied to me all three of them told me three different stuff
