Horrible service
My grandfather took the car I had just bought in for interior cleaning and also paid extra to have it disinfected. He was told the pa CV kage he bought would cover the whole interior.
The front of the car was cleaned only except the seats?!!!! The back seats were not touched. How do you only clean half a car. He brought it back to me and was unaware that this company hadn't cleaned the back or any of the seats.
He then went back to the company to complain. He was told he didn't pay for the back to be cleaned??? One man offered to give him his money back and then the manager denied it..how do you run a company like this. My grandfather was trying to surprise me, he is elderly and they took complete advantage of that.
I am beyond upset. He regularly took his Cadillac there to be cleaned before this, and this is the service he receives.
He will not be going back.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! This is ridiculous.
