NO BAT , NO customer service !
- - Order placed 4/27/24; no confirmation or emails.
- - No response from customer service via email.
- - No bat for upcoming games; son is disappointed.
They refund my money , and I even request another bat to be sent but was told , sorry it's sold out and we have refunded you , and nothing since. My kiddos was sad he never received his bat he waited weeks for.
Absolutely NOTHING . Customer service Via email, is a complete JOKE they don't respond to anything.
My son is left disappointed and NO bat for upcoming games. 200 dollars down the drain

They must have just gone down the tubes....I ordered a custom bat for myself to see the quality, as I was ordering (3) for local HS team, Varsity, JV and Frosh- over $ 500 in bats, no word, no customer service response- nothing. But the initial one I ordered arrived in 2-3 weeks--was pleased and ordered the kids bats over a month ago.
Something must have happened between March/April and now because this looks like a trend.
Now, I am left to scramble for the trophy bats and pay rush charges somewhere else- to see that the kids get their stuff at the end of the season.- not cool. Great product....if you can get it.
Same exact thing happened to me. $400 for a bat with a free glove.
Order never shipped.
They say " USPS is slow and not updating tracking, please be patient...". Called the credit card company and reported it as a scam transaction.
