My nice ask me for dose cats
My story is that I bought a set of cats from the Warrior Cats store a week ago. That same day, I also made purchases on many other websites.
As of December the sixth, I still have not received an answer from them and I don't even have the tracking number. I'm starting to think it's a fraudulent site.
Be careful when buying from them. They lie about the times and the stock.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I ordered a plush doll from them last month. I never received it and the store never responded to numerous emails seeking information.
They got my $49 and I got nothing. It's the same as stealing.

I have revived from forwarder invoice with additional payments ( vat and custom duties including custom clearance for proper commodity code). Unfortunately at the purchase time l was not informed by You, and it was not mentioned nowhere at the web page that additional charges as taxes will be added. I bougt via EU paage, according to the rules/ customer orinetend You should inform me that goods are not produced at EU, so I will pay additional charges connected with that

Got duplicates I didn’t order and they are blaming me
I ordered several items on 11-29. On 12-2 I ordered one more thing and asked if they could add it to my previous order to avoid shipping for the one item I ordered on 12-2.
There was no phone number to reach them.
I ended up with a duplicate of my order of 11-29 and was charged again. Once again no way to call to discuss!

NOT RESOLVED!! I WANT A REFUND!!!
Not resolved at all! I am very pissed.
I can send you proof that I had the order and that the money was taken from my account. At this point, since they cannot provide the product when I ordered it in November 2022, I need a refund. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
They just keep sending an email saying that they will get in touch with me. It's been five months!!!
I ordered a shirt for my granddaughter three months ago. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
The money has already been taken from my account. I need to speak to someone to find out where its at or get a refund.

That company ecty or what ever it was when I made the order it went toWarrior Cats USA Checkout.What more can I say. I am helpless to get the package or any help.I will have to have my credit card company recover my money unless I get those cats soon, I waited to have them available for my great-grand daughter who loves the whole Warrior Cat books and cats.

SO NO PACKAGE. Child disappointed and I feel very cheated. I have ordered in the past with no problem. Fed Ex sent a notice a problem with delivery and gave me wrong code.
Fed Ex said there are not enough numbers in the code. Can you resolve this?
If not I want a refund!

I ordered items on November 30th thinking I would have them in time for my daughters birthday on December 13th based on the 2-3 days processing is says on their website. After 5 days and no shipping notification I reached out to them and received a response right away informing me that the shirt I purchased in my order take 2-3wks to ship.
I responded to ask if I would have the items before Christmas and was assured that since my order was placed before their December 10th cut off date for delivery of orders by Christmas, I would have it in time. Come December 21st still not shipping notification, so I reached out again asking where my order was and instead of them responding I got a shipping notification saying my order was going out with UPS 2day air. I go to check the tracking on the 23rd to see if it where it was since I hadn't received the "your order is out for delivery" notice from UPS since I have an account with them, and they didn't even ship the package, so I emailed them again got no response and still haven't gotten one or my order!
Now we don't have the "big" present from Santa for my daughter, and I don't know what we are going to do. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Ordered product 8/15/20 and received response that an email will be sent out when ready to be shipped. Inquired about product from customer service on 8/20 and was told it was an out of the country item that will be shipped in 4-6 wks.
Waited 8 wks and re-inquired as I was still without an email confirmation of the item shipped. Was told at that time they would inquire the next day, after 2 weeks I inquired yet again on 10/27 and was told that the shop never sent the order to the vendor or checked if the vendor received the order.
Was told that I could get my money back, and waiting to find out if that will take 4-6 weeks. In the meantime having to explain to my daughter she won't get her item she paid for.
