Informationno call back no tracking method no responce. This must be a scam.
I have tried to contact you people several times no call back no tracking info Nothing. I will call the card company after the new year to let them know and get credit plus contact better business (BBB) AS WELL. WHAT A SHAME.

No way to contact them to talk to real person.
Two minutes after I made my order I realized I gave them our wrong address cause we just moved and there is no way to contact anybody no way to make it right and now I will have to wait longer cause they will send it to the wrong address

The company is not a scam. Some items they have for sell are preorders.
Maybe you purchased a preorder item?
Also, I don't think they actually have a phone number. I would try reaching out via email.
