need to use elevator. are disabled. management is incompetent an cares nothing about the tenants. also there is no prevented maintanence.

done at all an water on walk ways an management needs to be replaced by owners. mobile city. building inspectors need to condemn.

They keep lying to residents of why they won't open pool are. Most residents are mad as ***. we pay for pool maintinence with our leasing

the Manager of Warren Inn is Ann Taguba, she told me I could not place a sign on my bed, 6 ft. from the window stating for all thugs to keep out!

the sign was directed at a criminal who had run me over in the parking lot, and the Ann told me to go confront him! not knowing if either of us were armed, this doesn't sound like what a SMART manager would do! after there was a confrontation of him denying, screaming at me, and calling me names, I knew that would happen, I made my point, walked away, and jumped in the pool to end the confrontation. when I contacted the Fair Housing Authority of Mobile, they told me as long as the sign was INSIDE my window, I could put any sign I wanted to up inside my room for all to read!

obviously this ignorant idiot Ann doesn't know her job, is too lazy to do her job, and then when I reported her to the home office (Escondido, Ca., 877-927-****,), they had an entirely different version of what happened! Ann had twisted the truth around so bad, the home office began calling me a liar!

I knew right then I had to move, and was wasting my Social Security, and my time on a bunch of closed-minded idiots who cared nothing about their tenants, and would believe a lie from their employees even if the truth was staring them right in the face! spread the word...this place is pure *** evil!!!

another incident that comes to mind thinking about how many times I was violated while paying rent at Warren Inn, after I reported Leroy, the crackhead who assaulted me, he knew I reported him so he would not do his job if it had anything to do with a white person! back in 2010 he began NOT unlocking the gate to the pool because he knew I would be the only one in there, 8 days in a row I had to go in the office to tell those lazy *** idiots the dumb *** did not unlock the pool again because he was too busy selling drugs, they tried to blame it on forgetfulness!

LOL, I told Ann Taguba, the uneducated, and VERY unattractive manager that it's not forgetfulness if it's EVERY *** DAY!!!!! so one day when the gate was locked AGAIN (the 9th day in a row), and remember this is all after lunch, I tried to go in the office to wake those idiots up, the door was locked! so I went to my room and called, it went straight to voicemail! when I went back down to the office (which should have been unlocked for business), who comes running out but Leroy!

and looked as if he just got caught doing something else! him and another worthless, arrogant, racist employee were in there doing the nasty! her name is Telesia, and yes, she's about 500 lbs., very poor attitude, hates whites (I've seen her ignore white people to get to a black person), and when she decided to unlock the door, it looked as if she was guilty of something also! now I realize our society took a turn towards dumbing-down after 1861, but you would think Warren Properties could hire competent employees, not racist, uneducated, arrogant, unattractive, criminals!

but wait, there's more to come! after 4 years of this *** I have plenty of episodes to let everyone know about, and like I told Warren Inn....I DO NOT *** LIE!!!!

I am a Disabled Veteran and in 2010 I noticed several rooms dealing drugs right out in the open! I saw it so much that I kept up with where the people were going and wrote down all the rooms that were dealing.

other tenants noticed it also, so we all reported it to the local authorities. I went into the office after hours one night and told Ann Taguba the manager about all the dealing going on, and she replied: "yes, I know all about them, but there is nothing I can do, the tenants have to report this". I told her she was full of ***, and that me and several other tenants have already reported it! when I told this to the Mobile Fair Housing Authorities, they said: "she is a liar, if she knows it is going on in her apartment complex, she can give them a 30 day notice for whatever she wants, and get them out as soon as that"!

so nothing was done, me and several other Disabled Veterans moved out, and are much better off, and Ann Taguba, and her drug-dealing friends are still there! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!

me and several other tenants reported drug-dealing, before the Sheriffs raided the place, they alerted the manager Ann Taguba and Debra Ivey, then those 2 nignorant managers alerted the dealers so they could get ready for the raid, needless to say, nothing was found because the managers thought it best to keep those rooms full, instead of thinking of the tenants and forcing us to live in a dangerous community! then they told the dealers who ratted them out, and several days later I was threatened and moved out right after that!

Warren Inn SUCKS!!!! I suggest good people stay away from this place!

I lived at Warren Inn in Mobile, Al. for 4 years, first I was attacked by their grounds keeper Leroy, when I contacted Mobile p.d., they told me I had to go downtown to file charges.

at the time I had no vehicle, and just assumed the management were intelligent enough to do the right thing and fire him, but no! the manager Debra Ivey just wrote him up for another minor infraction and sent him back to selling drugs, and assaulting rent-paying tenants on company time and money!

over the next 4 years I witnessed this thug attacking others, selling drugs EVERYDAY, and waxing his vehicle at about 4:30 when there was trash ankle-deep all over the parking lot! there's so much more these criminals have done, but I'm running out of time!

while in the pool last year, this ugly, fat, ***, arrogant manager named Ann Taguba, came out to the pool and began screaming at me for no reason! when she went back in the office, the other people at the pool made comments like "that was very unprofessional, we have had so many problems with that fat ***, we are leaving because of her", she screamed at me again for no reason, but I have since then left, and moved to a better place where the managers treat me with respect!

Warren Inn in Mobile, Alabama is by far, hands down the worst, and weakest management I have ever paid rent to in my 50 years! THEY SUCK!! to this day, I still don't know why that fat dumb-*** was screaming about!
