Dishonest carport customer service for such a pricy product

I am an owner of a 4moms mamaroo,I have been experiencing a breakdown in the swing function and the seat will not detach. I reached out to the warranty department where I was asked to send in manufacture date and a photo. I complied with the companies required requested photo and manufacture date. The company proceeded to play email tag.I finally called the number to speak to a live person .I was placed on a hold where I was told "I am sure this is no possible hazard as we never heard this before " I proceeded to express my concern for my child safety. The call was spontaneously ended and as I kept Trying to replace the call suddenly warranty department was busy and "an answering service would take my message" I was displeased acs decided to redial where I was routed to a live person who stated "Jennifer stepped away from her desk " they spontaneously I made it to Jennifer's voicemail on a cold transfer. Thirty minutes later Jennifer emails me once more asking me to use a Philips screw driver to disassemble parts and take another photo. I feel it's a game of cat and mouse and after spending $239.00 on an infant swing this is how I am treated ? I am distraught and highly upset at how I am being treated please be aware of this monstrous company and ridiculous pricing for such horrid service.

Warranty Administration Service (WAS)

This car warranty is a rip-off! Do not buy this warranty! They will not pay for major work on your car. You cannot speak to anyone when filing a claim. The repair service has to fax everything for review and then it is denied. The dealer lied when sold to me! The warranty was sold as a bumper to bumper warranty and it is not. I never had one out of four claim paid. The one claim that was paid was only partially paid. They claimed they did not pay for genuine parts - only black market. Take my advice and please save your money. Rude customer service also.
