Can't get damn screw off on bottom of blender to change coupling design is too difficult to replace i would appreciate agood price on replace ment base I've purch as sed coupling and coupling tool both were so expensive and calling customer service theres no tech support for help call me st 505-204-**** i now have blender in pieces tryi g to repair it need help, urgently there has to be a solution

User's recommendation: Put a phillips head or bolt that's easier to remove.
