Need a piece
Our down rod needs replaced as it is stripped. I have emailed twice and no one has responded back. It is very disheartening when we love the product but their customer service is lackluster at best.

Replacement parts

I never received my order!

Missing parts on delivery
Missing 2 bulbs and 3 chandelier beads from the fan.. i cannot return, as the contractor hung the fan.please help me, as i want it to look perfect.

Horrible Customer Service
I purchased an item that I wished to return. I have tried to call customer service and the message always says they are closed. Never got an email of confirmation or a delivery with order number or contact information or anything.
