Horrible do not buy

I ordered a fan from Lowe's almost $400 and they sent me a cheap version I had to send it back and they said they were gonna send me the correct fan which they never did I had shipping information and they sent it back to the warehouse. I proceeded to order the same fan from Home Depot thinking I would get a different experience I still have not received the fan and it keeps having delay in shipping You cannot contact customer service because once you do they don't respond
