I would like to ask you if the retail shop gives a wrong description, who is in charge of the shipping costs? Who should pay them?

These scammers wrote on their website that it's a leather handle and trimming, but in reality, it's not leather.

They are polyurethane artificial leather. Also, they have terrible service; nobody is answering phone calls and emails.

Usual service in Germany, what can I say?

Nothing can be compared to English/British service.

I am very diaspopointed with this company I ordered a bag and returned it due to it being faulty. I was issued a refund and replaced a new order.

When it arrived I was sent the same used damaged bag it was poorly packaged and did not have no packaging around the bag, the item was thrown in a clear bag with no bubble wrap. I even had to pay more for my second order. I have contacted the customer service team sent images of the same damaged bag and they have offered to refund me 6pound for a used damaged item which cost me 67.26 this is riduclous.

I need a replacement. This is the most shocking customer service I have ever recieved!!!
