I'm stuck in DC. Info not in flux is system. They never emailed bus itenerary.
Stuck in DC, wondered you never emailed bus itinerary. Was in system leaving Atlanta to DC but not flixbus in system leaving DC to Philly.

hello, my name is celeste harper I bought tickets to travel on Amtrak going to charleston .sc on april 6 2025 for 9;15am when i got to the train they said it was cancel.they couldnt refund my $168 because the card number they had didnt match mine. i would like to know howcan you refund my money, thank you

I kept calling for my booking number and no one was picking up the call. All I received was a confirmation number and that is it .

The bus had a flat tire that they were unable to fix we were stuck on the highway for over 6 hours on a roach infested bus
I am trying to get a refund, but it's very hard getting in touch with this company.
