Worthless customer service
My issue has never been resolved. I stopped calling and emailing them because they never help me.
Their customer service sucks.
They don't have a clue how to help me. Will never buy from them again.
It's been seven months and still no answers to my emails. When I call they say it takes time.
The last time I posted a review the owner lied about what the problem was. Worthless customer service.
Preferred solution: Apology

There is no customer service
Still no response from walthers customer service.
Walthers will not respond to this review or any of my emails.
The web site is messed up. crashes a lot and the wish lists are a joke.
I have emailed and called and get no where.
Am told that someone will call me back but that doesn't happen. I guess no one cares.
Preferred solution: Help with the wish lists.
