Management at Lumberton is a joke. If you want to hear your neighbors flush their toilet, yell & scream at their children or even walking around their apartment, this is the place for you!

The noise level from neighboring apartments are horrendous. Mgmt does not take any noise complaints seriously.

Children just throw trash bags on the ground, after they have drug them along the concrete, losing most of the contents along the way. Some of the children in here are racists towards anyone who doesn't look like them.

- - Found a sofa on Walter E Smithe clearance site; later learned it was Ashley Furniture and the label was swapped.
June 2020 I found a sofa on the clearance website of Walter E Smithe. I called the store and spoke to a young lady she walked me through the entire process from her checking on the sofa, letting me know the dimensions and condition.
I went ahead and purchased the sofa.
I know found out that this IS NOT A WES Sofa BUT ASHLEY FURNITURE. Walter E Smithe actually replaced the label with theirs, the sofa bore the Walter E Smithe label??
I know this was not a expensive sofa was used in family room but I would think besides being a lie would also be illegal.
I would never shop at this store and I will tell anyone looking for furniture my story.
