Verified Buyer |Sci-fi Diner was terrible choice, so does ordering the Disney b’day cake
I booked this location on the date of my sons 12th birthday but first of all the movie clips are so boring and it was already repeating half way when we are eating so it was torturing for the remaining one. Secondly, we ordered the $39 cake to celebrate the occasion since our dinner reservation at Ogas Cantina was not a dinner place.
With 4 of us it is just no way to finish up the cake and there were no way we can store the remaining of the cake at the restaurant until we return later the day. So after another 6 hours dragging the cake around the park, it is then completely ruin.
I do not understand while compiling with the state law about keeping open food, at least Disney can offer a cooler for the cake or just as easy or cheap as the brown insulated bag Amazon offers when you buy frozen food online for delivery with a few pieces of dry ice pack. It is such a terrible experience that I would take my time to write and will also share, making sure no one would have their childs birthday spoiled like the cake ended up being.
User's recommendation: Do not order birthday cake unless you have more than 8 people sharing

Verified Reviewer |The Franchise is so GREEDY! I Live in North Carolina and Spectrum our local Cable provider has taken Off Availability to view the channels. They demand more money! That is so wrong. They are rich!
Can’t watch my football games because the channels have been suspended. Disney owns ESPN and FX and all their channels are not programming for us to view.
And we already paid for this service.
The Plan of contract originally included Disney as part of our agreement services. I’m very mad and upset because all we want is to watch football.

Verified ReviewerThey have become very liberal and very woke
Walt Disney world does not care about the people that come in to their Parks the only thing they care about is their money you look at the things they are providing now are LGBT they have turned against the American people but most of all they've turned against God with DeSantis they are being stripped of everything they will end up going bankrupt if you are a Christian and if you are a child of God I suggest leaving them don't ever go back they need to learn their lesson of what they're teaching your kids do you care about what they're doing to your kids? God will hold them accountable
- Overpriced and very satanic
Preferred solution: I want them to go out of business but what they're teaching our kids when they come into Walt Disney this is satanic
User's recommendation: Don't go there, force them out of business by not going there they will only change when they realize people are sick of the work and the liberal ideology
Horrible customer service - ridiculous prices
- Too many to list
Preferred solution: Fire EVERYONE in senior management. Go COMPLETELY out of business, and start over again, on a low-to-median income family friendly platform. Limit the number of daily guests. Provide a real-time method of reporting problems, with real-time answers.
User's recommendation: Go ANYWHERE else, or stay home. You'll be better off.

Dissatisfied from the years of decline in "Happy"
We've been to the US parks, mostly at WDW. We go annually for the Food and Wine Fest, and have been going since 1981.
I can say that over the years the "magical" customer experience for us has turned into seeing how WDW will monetize us next. In the past we could look past high prices because we got the value of feeling special. Our last trip this past November was a continuation of what we see as the decline of the "magical" spirit we've come to love over 4 decades. No specific event happened, which is a bit sad.
It is the general feeling we get now. It's been in the handshakes, the smiles, the greetings and the way we feel when we leave the parks each day. We stayed once at The Boardwalk and the "greeter" was Jim, and his interaction with our granddaughter was exceptional. Once my wife fell at Epcot and literally within seconds three park employees came to her.
Our experience at previous Food and Wine Festivals, and at Magic Kingdom, had live music, wandering magicians, music acts and so on. This experience had none of that, nor did we see any of that last year. I applaud you for changing out the CEO. Mostly...we have thousands of dollars in previous bought tickets that were to never expire that now do.
Your tickets are a contract.
You've changed the terms of that contract. Maybe with Isner back we'll see some change.
User's recommendation: The magic isn't what it used to be. Shame.

Stuck with broken leg. Need assistance. Not getting customer relations to return call
My daughter tripped over a parking space barrier that was misplaced. The barrier which is usually at the head of each parking space was placed in the middle of a parking space she got out of her car, opened the back door to get her infant daughter out stepoed back and tripped over this barrier.
Clearly Disney's fault. Even the security guard said it. Her foot is broken. It's only wrapped bc the hospital didn't have the correct size boot.
She is in horrible pain. I asked Disney for help and all I got was a wheelchair. She had a scooter so a wheelchair was useless. I asked for Disney to get us some boxes and mail some of my daughters things home so she would not have so much luggage but they said she would have to do it herself.
I asked for help for her to the airport but was told they would call a taxi for her. I have a plane today and my daughter doesn't go until tomorrow. I can't be there to help with the baby. Her husband will be juggling the children and baggage and car rental return.
Save your money... Don't give it Disney.
