AI Highlights
  • - Flowers for our 40th anniversary were not delivered.
  • - They claimed delivery, refunded us, and did not send a replacement.

complaint never received flowers for my wife it was our 40th Anniversary. If this flower business had any class they would have had sent another flower arrangement to her just for good faith on their part.

THEY GAVE A FULL REFUND. The flower shop should have done both to please a customer.

Just saying that's good business. It was a 40th Anniversary and you made me look bad. They also claimed they were delivered called all flower shop in town no one is opened in town on Sunday, lied that's why they refunded us.

Walsh Construction and Archer Western Contractors

AI Highlights
  • - This was my first and last project with Walsh.
  • - Only 3 tests were done for 260 yards; all failed; no safe testing setup for the consultant.

I have been in the construction industry for 20 years. This was the first time I worked with Walsh and it will be the last!!

Walsh was placing the base floor of a pump station on sanitary sewer pipe station by concrete pump. There was on check of the concrete quality befor construction started. The pump was filled and at the end of the second load the first sample was tested. It failed testing.

Of the 260 yards placed only three tests were done. They all failed. They also did not have a safe place for the consultant on site testing. They placed him into a corner where he did not feel safe and left to find the a redi mix truck was forced into discharging two truck at the same time through the pump where there was not surfactant space nocked down a pile of large dunnage timbers into the same space.

The only thing that mattered to the company was the production no matter what the cost.

I have never seen them in the Detroit area (Mt. Clemen) prior to this and I hope to never see them again.
