Deliberately falsified diagnoses and overcharged me $400.

Walser dodge in Hopkins, MN: Took my car in for oil change. Customer service rep kept bringing me more items to be fixed. I thought some of it had just been done, but my paperwork was in the car and he wouldn't get me access to it. He assured me that my transmission fluid was filthy, so I agreed to a flush without checking paperwork. Checked paperwork when I got home and found tran fluid was changed 3 months earlier. Am being refunded almost $400 in charges by dealer for this "error" and others. It was bald-faced lies. Who drains clean transmission fluid and doesn't notice a problem? Are the mechanics in cahoots with the customer service reps? The whole thing stinks. Won't buy our upcoming car from these people!
