Resolved: Walrus SLO crackling issue (please help!)
- - Purchased Walrus Slow in May.
- - Crackling occurs with sustain in dark and rise modes.
- - Dream mode works; warranty is beyond GuitarCenter's 30 days.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
In May I purchased the walrus slow. I have just started using it and have been enjoying the paddle.
However today I noticed that there is some significant crackling sound when using the sustain function in both the dark and rise modes. I am not hearing any issue when using sustain and the dream mode. I am using an isolated channel on a Cioks DC-10.
I have a video that I could share.
Would you have any idea what the issue may be? I believe I am just beyond the 30-day warranty with GuitarCenter.
