Went to get a quote on replacement lenses. Lisa, the manager. Removed my lenses and sent me on my way with quote. I finally got home and realized she never re-installed lenses in frames. Now I have no glasses and Disabled. Also took public transportation to Walmart. I do hope Walmart plans on reimbursement of lenses

Cheap glasses and broken after 10 mo. Too bad they said. 360.00 glasses, useless and now I can't see, crazy. Called customer service and expecting a call. NOTHING yet.

Optician shortage in all locations in Pensacola Florida

I am not pissed don't put words in my mouth but I am very anoid because I need my glasses adjusted

I have to wait for an optician to be at the location where my glasses were ordered from. I understand that's the way it is.

Now this is all your fault

Today there's not at that location until Wednesday. They're telling me y'all won't pay these opticians for what they are worth!

I agree with you when it comes to pay but make them at least decent offer in hiring practices. They have to start somewhere to increase their pay after the 3 month. You'll keep them in our stores

Stop being so cheap!!

Fix this matter immediately! You need help and this is not the way to treat your customers

You are telling them not to be cheap yet you are the one going to Walmart . There are tons of eyeglass places everywhere.

Spend more and go there. Take your own advice and don’t be cheap.

Poor service

I called to make my daughter an appointment for contacts. Waited 3 weeks and got in 9/26.

Was told at that appointment that they would order them and call me. Never heard anything. Called end of October and was told the contacts came in that day and they made an appointment for 11/25. Called 11/22 and verified appointment because we received no reminder message or call.

Went to appointment and was told the appointment was the day before and we missed it. The lady was extremely rude and unfriendly. I told her there was no way it could be that day because I had tried to make the appointment that day 11/24 when I originally called and they had told me it was booked. She offers us an appointment December 16 th.

I declined and will never be back. Why would someone want to wait over 3 months to get contacts.

I am a nurse practitioner and would never treat a patient that way.

Loved Paola in store number 05250. She taught me about how I keep my head, determined, how I see out of my glasses. Im a 70 year old women, and this is the first time I have heard of this. Paola was a pleasure to work with. I know people complain a lot, but I just had to praise this young girl, and send this email to let you know what a great employee you have there.

I received my EOB from my vision insurance and...

I received my EOB from my vision insurance and see that the frame coverage of $85 was not included. The salesperson sold me two pairs of glasses stating I would save more buying two pair at a 35% discount. I spent over $500 on two pairs of glasses. I would like this looked into and I am reaching out to my insurance company as well.
