Haven’t gotten order yet
I ordered mugs on December 1 and December 4th. Order #s 769**** and
765****. Today is December 24th and I still havent received email to pick up at the store.

Horrible Service
Do not use the Walmart Photo Centre. They took my money for my order, sent me a notification that the order (which was supposed to be ready the next day) was delayed, and then did not answer their phone to speak on the issue.
I contacted customer service online, but they said they do not have anything to do with the photo centre. There is absolutely no way of reaching anyone who works there. My next option is to go to the order pick-up location and inquire in person, but I have very little confidence that they will be able to help me.
At this rate, I'll probably just ask for a refund and try to find a Christmas present elsewhere. (The order was for Christmas).

Preferred solution: I would like to be in contact with someone and receive my order or a full refund.
