I received no other callback. The time in between, I waited on the call for 15 minutes, finally got through to someone, and they couldn't hear me at all. You guys need to fix your system. As for the order cancellation, I ordered a next day order yesterday for 5 photo cards.
I received an email at 7 am saying the order is delayed. I called the store this afternoon, only to be told there is no paper in my city at all and they won't be getting more in the foreseeable future (pre-Christmas). This is for a gift... I now cannot get that gift done.
I would like a refund of my order, as you will not be fulfilling the next day service any longer. I cannot use the photos after today.

Photos go to my beloved Norwalk oh, then to Sandusky then to upper peninsula Sandusky and I live in New London. The first year everything was fine.
Having trouble with my phone kiosk cuz I ordered from home so I don't have to go into the store cuz I live in New London and my Walmart is in Norwalk. The first year everything was fine and now boom technical difficulties all over Kingdom come. I don't want to have to go to another pharmacy but I'm going to because my business has gotten bigger and I'm having more problems. The phone kiosk is having issues.
The people that work at Norwalk are fabulous beyond fabulous, especially James and I've been going there for 3 years. I don't want to leave. I love it. Everybody knows me.

- Charged for a photo order that was delayed and not ready as promised.
- Customer service says they can't help with the photo centre.
Do not use the Walmart Photo Centre. They took my money for my order, sent me a notification that the order (which was supposed to be ready the next day) was delayed, and then did not answer their phone to speak on the issue.
I contacted customer service online, but they said they do not have anything to do with the photo centre. There is absolutely no way of reaching anyone who works there. My next option is to go to the order pick-up location and inquire in person, but I have very little confidence that they will be able to help me.
At this rate, I'll probably just ask for a refund and try to find a Christmas present elsewhere. (The order was for Christmas).

765****. Today is December 24th and I still havent received email to pick up at the store.
