Never received order

I never received my cats flea medication. And they did not issue me a refund. I'm trying to get my 120 dollars back and can't get a hold of anyone!

Greetings. This is a very drawn out issue that is still unresolved.

I ordered some wormer medicine for my horses back in 2021 that never showed up. Supervisors from walmart pet rx promised to call back and never did. I spent my hard earned money with your company to be left with terrible service and no product. I had hoped walmart pet rx would make this situation right and now 2 years later the issue remains.

This is my final attempt too allow the order to either be delivered to me in the next 7 days or issue me a paper check for a full refund or store credit for a full refund. I also feel like I should be compensated for having to wait so long. My address is P.O.

You are NOT entitled to "compensation" for waiting too long. Your English is so poor that it is obvious that they delivered to the wrong address because you put in the wrong address. Next time have mom or dad help you put in the right address.

Refusing to refund groceries that never arrived. Longterm disabled weekly customer here, too!

I am disabled and rely on grocery delivery.

I have ordered EVERY week from Walmart for many years, and spend at least $150 to $200 per week. Sometimes produce is damaged or one or two items missing. Damage usually caused by packers stuffing five wet parsley bunches in one small veggie sack for example.

Walmart has processed refunds easily at those times. Usually just a few dollars here and there.

A bent mushroom can or veggies that are expiring due to water damage.

HOWEVER, this week more than FIFTEEN items (cheese, milk products and produce) were missing, totalling almost $50.00. Clearly the driver didn't pick them up at the store. Walmart refused to refund the money, spent 4 days deciding, and for a week I have not had the groceries I need - and nobody is available last minute to shop for me.

Not only that, but Walmart is accusing me of violating their terms of service and has terminated my account!!!

For what? For expecting to get $50 of groceries that I paid for???

Not only unethical but diabolical.

A decent company would have packed up the missing items and delivered to me immediately. But you are not decent.

I recommended Walmart grocery delivery for the massive not for profit transitional housing agency that I work for. Canceling that AND telling them to not use your organization for home use either.

Seriously flabbergasted that you blame ME because half my order was not handed to the driver.

I even commented to my driver that the order couldn't be mine as there were not enough bags.

What will you do about this?
