Cant return dress - what a joke!!!!
The return portal link doesn't work - states returning to DBZ PARTNER and that is it - you cant go any further - the reference number is correct and it states it is but when you go further it states its wrong, impossible!!! tried contacting customer services via email, no response.

Wrong colour
I bought 2 dresses, the colour I choose was raspberry but I received the wrong colour green and I want to return it to send back the colour I choose

How can I click and collect. Its not clear, please assist.
I want to place an order, but there is no section for me to select click and collect. Its cheaper to collect than delivery fee.

I cannot get into my account, tried all my passwords but none were correct, I am now very angry as it is a wild goose chase trying to get in touch with Wallis, I have tried for 3 days, but to no avail ,I want to return an item, but I am locked out my account all phone numbers are wrong,very very angry

Verified ReviewerI am left with items ,that don't fit also very shoddy material. I cannot return as I have forgotten my password.
I am disgusted,at Wallis ,they have not replied to my complaint about returning goods,as a pensioner,every penny counts ,because I forgot my password and can't get into my account,I am left £77.of goods that don't fit ,and are inferior material.

Failure to return item!
Having purchased a dress from Wallis which isnt suitable, I have tried to return it following their online instructions! However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a returns label!!
I have tried numerous times with the help of others to no avail!!
I am able to download the QR code for the post office but NO label and NO returns address!!
It is also impossible to contact Wallis have tried emailing no luck and no phone numbers!!
Am EXTREMELY disappointed! Will not shop with Wallis again!!

I sent a faulty coat back for refund, they ignored it and sent me a replacement instead I specifically did not want.
Trying to contact them they ignore emails,
There return system portal doesn't work most of the time.
Now I have a second coat to return with no printer.
I am disabled.
I don't want this coat
Shocking unbelievable system don't order anything from debenhams or Wallis.
If its wrong you won't get your refund.

Said had problems placing order as some options did work had a reply to ask me what I use then heard nothing
couldnt log in to my account, tried forgot password, went through to verify didnt work. Tried as guest - didnt work!
