Tantamount to Stalking
- - Needed urgent cash for fees; Wallet Wizard couldn't proceed.
- - There were many emails, calls and texts.
- - I may seek an AVO to stop harassment.
I was in need of an urgent cash injection so I could pay for some sudden tertiary education fees I wasnt expecting.
Like their adds say wallet Wizard are there at those times.
Well they arent truly none of these payday lenders are
Firstly, they need you to linking your online banking account with their system - I have no problem with doing that in theory.
However, I have an app based bank account and it can not be linked into the online system that wallet Wizard (and others) use.
So I emailed them and let them know this and was advised I wouldnt be able to proceed.
Fair enough
Since then though I have received 12 emails, 14 phone calls and numerous text messages asking me to call them to complete my application.
I cant do it because YOUR system can not handle technology enough to read my bank statements - although in the future you may.
Then stop contacting me full stop its ridiculous and is on the *** of stalking me
Considering an AVO to stop the constant harassment

Agree. That’s why you read their terms of service and your online bank’s terms of service BEFOREHAND.
You would have discovered the incompatibility and not shared anything. You don’t blindly provide info when there was zero chance of success.
No where does it state beforehand that it doesn’t link with app only accounts So how about you find out all the data before you start judging and commenting
