I have had my Volkswagen Passat TDI in for service and it's been in for 2 weeks now with no resolve in sight they say they're waiting on parts but it seems very excessive especially since I'm disabled
I had my car towed in for repair under warranty. it's been in for 2 weeks. I have no other way of transporting myself since I'm.
- Vw engineering
- I am waiting to be contacted
- Customer service experience

Preferred solution: I am in a wheelchair and it is a great hardship

Not sure why your being "disabled" has anything to do with the apparent fact that they are unable to get the parts to fix the vehicle. Bottom line, of course is that buying a foreign car in the US is probably not the best idea because their market is smaller than for US brands like Chevrolet, etc.
and, thus their inventory of parts will be similarly smaller, resulting in a longer wait for parts. Eventually, they will get them and you will be on your way.
