Wallace Hyundai and at least their Chr/fiat jeep dealerships are superb. So much so that I drive 30 miles, even for service, rather than even get near the horrible dealership, with the same brands, practically across the street from my house. I’m 78 yrs. Old and have dealt with 30 or more dealerships in several states, buying both company and personal vehicles. Wallace ranks among the top 2. My brother owns the other top 2 dealerships. Don’t tell him!! Edmund Doering

Horrible Customer and Management Intervention

Dealer was not completely forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle and it required additional services to be performed upon receiving the vehicle, including requiring front brakes. There was unreported body damage on the rear bumper that was not painted in the same shade as the rest of the vehicle. Dealership management was very uncooperative and unwilling to address these concerns, which left me spending an additional $1,500 in maintenance and repairs. Buyer beware and make sure you inspect the vehicle well before making a purchase. My salesperson was Glenn Geng.

What a nightmare!

First time of my life in almost 30 years of buying cars I've been lied to and sold a lemon. What a nightmare. I had the car a week and was stuck with $3,000 of repairs. I just spent another $4,000 on replacing the whole engine. The service manager's response was, "it will get better the more you drive it," in response to a worn fly wheel. The mechanic that overheard this felt so bad there he tried to help me privately! I had to keep driving back an hour one way and they kept stringing me along and I had to practically beg them to even fix my useless emergency brake on a standard car!!!! I can't believe they felt it was my problem and the motto they stood behind was "I bought it as is." Nice.
