Wall Recycling - Pick up date changes

Received an email this morning from Wall regarding changes to the holiday pick up schedule - a week after they said they provided flyers on trash cans and three days after they did not pick up. Net result - they can send bulk emails. They choose not to.

Wall Recycling is one of several trash / recycling companies in the Wilmington NC area. The lack of monopoly should be a positive thing for customers with companies working hard to keep them.

Wall does not. There have been changes to pick up dates, including Christmas. A text, email, or phone call would have been sufficient notification. Instead, they claim to have put flyers on our trash cans.

I work from home so see when they pick up. I got a wave from one of the workers but there were no flyers. Office staff offer no apologies/ no courtesies at all as, yet again, trash sits on the curb for two weeks.
First world problem?

Definitely, but I pay for a privilege I dont receive. Today, I fired them.
