Could not answer my simple question. Did not understand which wich model i needed. Then wanted me to sign up for assistance for 1 dollar. Bunch of BS.
Which game ear muffs eliminate clothing noise, wind noise, leaf noise and walking in the woods noise while hunting.
Product and customer service
For 3 day I have called and emailed and placed on call back and still have not be able to reach them. I have the elite hdand the battery compartment fell out..

Re: lost battery cover
I contacted "customer service" (What a joke!) Even though the unit was almost new and still under warranty, I was willing to pay for a new battery cover. They flat out refused to even attempt to get one for me.
Their only "solution" was an offer to sell me a new unit at 50% off.
Turns out that would have been even more than the one I had already bought -- even with the 50% off! In other words, their price was double!
They stated that they have NO replacement parts -- ever!

Won't even SELL me a replacement! Offered to sell me a new unit for 5 cents less than I paid for the unit I had!
