Not what we paid for!
- - 36 months since contract; upgrades paid were never completed.
- - Work is shoddy; owner won't speak and electrician hung up.
Charged over 90k for upgrades that we never received, took 33 months to get the keys. Ron Walker will not take my call..
Its been 36 months since we signed a contract with Walker Home, paid thousands for dollars in upgrades that were never completed and what was done is just plane shoddy work. Customer service doesnt exist and the owner refuses to speak with my husband the electrician hung up on me. Please dont walk away RUN from this GC!!

When I complained about the house sitting for months with no progress they cut off all communication. Charging the owner for 100% of any cost increase.
Not taking any responsibility the for anything. Rude.

Save yourself the frustration, additional expense and heartache. There are better builders in the area who have integrity that care about the customer and Fiwho deliver affordable homes with exceptional quality.

We have a signed contract for this contractor to build our new home in Florida. We have a Customer Selection form we filled out with them for colors, cabinets and including roof shingles.
On 9-18-21 we drove by the house in progress and found the color shingles we choose we're not the colors being put on the house. We contacted by the building and asked to have this issue resolved. He has refused.
They have put Shadow Grey shingles which is to dark. We choose a Certaineed Pewter to match paint for exteriorBe paint we
