We entered the New Orleans location on Poydras at 8 pm this evening. We waited for 25 minutes after asking for a server.
The location was not as busy tonight as it usually is. I had to physically ask the young lady walking by my table if we would get a server. At that point, this was the second person I approached. The hostess acknowledged someone was coming after we'd already waited for 25 minutes.
From there on, it was just ridiculous at how Caroline had no care in the world about our table whatsoever. I'm an HR Manager with Marriott hotels and we pride ourselves on service. We anticipate customer needs. Never did we get asked for refills, to go boxes (I had to go to the bar to get a to-go box); to-go drinks (I had to dump my 4-year-old's water out to use her to-go cup).
It was absolutely ridiculous! My check was $108.81 and for the first time in my life, I refused to leave a tip! In no way, shape or form did Caroline deserve a dime because she did not care about us or our needs! Inattentive.
Uninterested. Just terrible. Never asked for more drinks, never asked for desserts, nothing. We were table #36.
Check #289. Total bill was $108.81. Caroline needs to work on anticipating her customer needs. I could understand if it was extremely busy, but not tonight when you have 5 servers hanging at the hostess stand just chilling.
You know it's not a busy night.
I don't like giving bad reviews. I actually frown upon them, but tonight was supposed to be a nice family dinner together, and she just took that away from us.

Baytown location has a female manager that stays on after shift and drinks. Calls out fellow employee's disability in front of other employees.
This employee who was a lower level manager is no longer employed due to an HR complaint he filed. Upon picking up his final check another manager admitted he was fired because of the complaint. He also states..."they found other things" but only looked once HR was involved.
There is audio of this. Other employees have made complaints about the same female manager for harassment but are ignored.

My Boudin balls taste like those Chinese egg rolls they sell out the store. I had them in New Orleans, they do not compare at all. I ordered thru DoorDash.

No one cares to respond so nothing changes...
She did serve us the mozzarella log appetizers, which were fine. But the fried pickle appetizers were lightly breaded and cooked funny. We finished our appetizers then we were about to leave and she tried to serve me a glass of bleach water, but I didn't drink it. She tried to end our experience with a fake chipper 'It was a pleasure serving you, have a glorious night!' after I told her I called corporate on that location.
We paid $25-ish with no tip then left. I forgot to keep the receipt as I usually do when I want to forget the experience I've had.

A terrible experience at your Metairie LA, restaurant and a broken customer response website- 5/5/2024
Hello we had dinner at your Metairie, LA location this evening. Our dinner experience today (5/5/2024) was terrible.
We waited for too long to see a waitress. The waitress took our order and brought our drinks, but didn't leave utensils or napkins. Another waitress dropped our appetizer on our table, again with no napkins, utensils, a thank you here it is, and no plates for us to use with the appetizer and left before we could ask for any. After about 10 minutes we decided to dig in to appetizer, but after another 10 minutes I ended up going to the bathroom to get napkins for the food as our waitress never came back until I had emptied my drink- still with no main entrée and utensils or napkins.
At this point I asked my wife to request we get our entrée to go, as I had no ETA for when the utensils, plates, or napkins would arrive or if we would be expected to eat those without any of that as well. We were both so very frustrated and disappointed in the service and the atmosphere that I felt it best if we just pay the bill and go. She then brought the entrée to go as requested, but dropped it on the table and didn't leave a bill or say very much when she did. My wife finally flagged her down to get a bill, but she rang us up via a reader and not with a print bill.
At that point, we left- EXTREEMLY unhappy with what should have been a quiet and fun little Sunday romantic outing for the two of us. If this helps, We were at table #32 and were Check #212. A terrible, terrible visit to the restaurant that for the nearly $50 we spent should have been CO.NSIDERABLY better for us.
I would have used the AreYouHappy app to express this terrible experience, but it to was a terrible experience to use. Thank you

Complaint
I recently went to the restaurant to have a bite to eat but my experience was not good at all. I ordered food and waited almost 30 minutes.
My food never came and I had to call on a manager to cancel my order. I was really disappointed with the service.
I was ready to go back home. This is a new restaurant in our area and was hoping for a better outcome.

I have been to the Zachary LA location 3 times and they say the cant give me my rewards because the system has changed and there is no code to enter now on the app. I have lost out on about 200 points now for those 3 trips and would like someone to resolve this issue. What can we do here to get the points added to my account.
I haven’t got my paycheck and it’s been three weeks
I had a problem with my bank so my direct deposit didn’t go through but I’ve asked my manager to ask payroll they said the sent a paper check last Monday the 7th of November but it hasn’t arrived and it’s been a week can I receive interest from this
