They do reply back, but I feel they say anything to you.
They don't really investigate the issue and fix the issue. Also, another family said they paid and never received their photos due to an issue on their end, and they didn't refund the family.

- Expensive not many pics if u get any at all unreachable

Everyone is trying to add pictures and no one could. We called and sent an email to customer support; no one could help. It’s so disappointing because we thought it would work after we paid $100 for membership.
