- - Ordered almost a month ago and not received.
- - One item backordered; rest of the order not shipped.
- - Three emails requesting rest or refund; no reply.
I ordered almost a month ago and I still haven't received my paid-for order. They did contact me to tell me that one of the items is backordered.
I emailed that I would take the loss on that product and to please send me the rest of my order. I have sent three emails asking either to send the rest of my order or to give me a refund. No reply. I'm pissed.
I live fifty minutes from the closest place that sells Walden Farms, so I thought that ordering online made sense.
What a mistake on my part. Save yourself the aggravation and don't deal with them online!

Be able to call and talk to someone about the matter. Bought pancake syrup before many times and it was always good. The last bottle didnt have a good taste and couldnt find a date on it.
