Walburgers Garage - Tire Installation Fee Review from Mount Laurel, New Jersey
Broke down Near Rocky Mount, NC. Called the tire center at the Rock My store. Rude *** lady answered the hone. Told her I was in need of 2 tires. I will need price and availability. She rudly told me to hold. When she came back she state yes $158.00 installed. I asked her to repeat this. Becuase I was on the side of I 95. She was pissed I asked her this. I then asked her the store hours. She did say open till 7pm. This was at 515pm. I got to the store by 6pm. Now she didn't. Have those tires. She seen I was in need of them and was from another state (NJ). The price was now.$233.00. Called corporate. Local manager from Rocy Mt. Calls me on the 4th of July WTF!!! July 16th still no answer Poor business Practice. You just lost a *** load of my business each year! I'm sure my local for food store, good year dealer, and Target will be happy for the new business. Threatened by Walburgers Garage for a negative review on Yelp
After posting a negative (not scathing, just negative review saying they took over a month to cash the check I gave them and it cost me money because it bounced; i'm in college and figured after 3 weeks it would have cleared.) I found out there was a problem before they did, called and fixed it before they knew there was one. I forgot to edit and remove my negative review on Yelp, and someone at the garage saw it. Today I received a call from Cindy Walburger, threatening me that i would "be wise" to remove my review, no, actually edit it and put something witty up and say that they're not the looser company I made them out to be and that I was (the looser), not them. I cannot believe that a AAA recommended garage would treat their customers like this. LEARN TO DEAL WITH NEGATIVE CRITICISM.

well i knew it was going to CASH when I wrote it. 32 days later when they tried to cash it, and I noticed it and called them and told them it bounced (BEFORE THEY NOTICED) they were nice.
Cindy called and threatened me over my Yelp review I made saying they drag their feet cashing checks and were rude to deal with, not over the check.
I called them and told them what happened with the bank as soon as i got a text message from BoA saying what happened, and had cash in hand before the end of the day, plus the extra for their returned check fee. I called them and told them as soon as I found out so they didn't have to find out from the bank what happened.
walburgers garage is awesome! they are the nicest people!
Cindy does not threaten anyone.. you must really be the looser if you write out a check knowing it was going to bounce!
