The owner always has the right to increase the rent and make any other decision about their property. If the owner had not agreed in writing to pay a cancellation fee if the tenant remained then of course the fee would not have been charged. Clearly the owner is angry to have been held to the ageeement.

Karen Williams is amazing!

Karen Williams is AMAZING! She has been phenomenal for me.

I used her to manage my rental home and to sell it when the market was favorable. She always went above and beyond for me which meant a lot because I reside out of state and did not have the time to fly back and forth.

A hurricane damaged my home so badly and she was by my side every step of the way, from taking pictures that I could send to my insurance company, to letting inspectors and vendors in to complete work. She kept great communication with me about everything and I highly recommend her!!!

Wakulla Realty Customer Care Review from Bronson, Florida

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My wife and I contacted wakulla realty to look at a place to rent, we had a meeting with Karen Williams set up for 3:25 today. We sat there for almost an hour and she never showed.

My wife tried calling her, and her office and got no answer, she even left a voicemail. We finally gave up and left, Karen finally called us back and said she was sorry but someone already put a deposit on the place. I missed a missed a half a day of work to make it to that meeting.

We never got the consideration of a phone call. Wakulla Realty is a *** poor company with no respect for other people.

That was really useless. You claim $800 losses, but say absolutely nothing about what the issue is. I'd give you zero credibility.

Will call the renter back.......maybe.

All kinds of problems with the piece of *** house Sonya Hall rented me. Electrical outlets, water, sewer back - up and INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Call her with an emergency and, if you're lucky, she will call back in a couple of days. Then she threatens to evict when you take care of the problem yourself and want reimbursement.

I have spoken with others that have used her in the past, and they all have had similar experiences. There is no excuse for her behavior.

She needs her license revoked.

Do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES do business with this ***.

Wakulla Property Management SUCKS!

She will flat out steal your deposit if you are not careful. First, she cons you out of $25 for some renters database that she can put you in and hold over your head.

Second, a little addition she has to the standard Realtor rental agreement, in which she bilks you out of $200 for any claim against your deposit. Her MO is to get you to sign this rider to the agreement and charges you for $25 "cleaning fee" for anything she can think of, and then tacks that $200 "service charge" onto it. Theoretically, if there is a $1 claim against your deposit, she gets $200 no matter what. What an unethical scam.

Avoid her and her company like the plague. There are a lot more reputable agencies in Wakulla County.

Wakulla Realty is Unethical in my opinion

I would recommend to NEVER use Wakulla Realty or Wakulla Property Management for renting a property. In my opinion, Owner Sonya Hall is about as unethical as they come and should have her Broker license revoked.

In my experience, I have never dealt with someone that ignores her clients needs, lets the property owners rip you off and tries to see how much she can get away with as her. One should pay VERY close attention to any agreement she produces. In my experience, She will screw the client for her own benefit and be ambiguous enough just to see how much she can get out of them. I believe staying clear from anything she is involved with would be a wise choice.

In my opinion, there are much more reliable and ethical property management companies out there to deal with. No need in putting yourself through the trouble of dealing with her.

I agree, rented from her for a few year at a property where the owner of the property lived close by. It got to the point that I did not even deal with her when it came to problems with the property because she would never call back and when she did, she would say that she would contact the owner to see what he wanted to do.

HA!!!!!! that was a lie. She would never contact him, I would see him and say something about the problem and he would say, I'm so sorry I didn't know and then he would fix the problem. If I was 3 days late she wanted a 50.00 late fee, even though I was rarely late and even when I was I never went past the 3 days.

The owner finally put a stop to her charging me the late the fee because I was a single mom which she knew.

She is a thief and a liar and does not take care of her properties but want that rent money on time. SNAKE

I would agree. Tried to use her to market one of my rental properties. Never again.
