Verified Reviewer New ReviewerKaren Williams is amazing!
Karen Williams is AMAZING! She has been phenomenal for me. I used her to manage my rental home and to sell it when the market was favorable. She always went above and beyond for me which meant a lot because I reside out of state and did not have the time to fly back and forth. A hurricane damaged my home so badly and she was by my side every step of the way, from taking pictures that I could send to my insurance company, to letting inspectors and vendors in to complete work. She kept great communication with me about everything and I highly recommend her!!!

Wakulla Realty Customer Care Review from Bronson, Florida
My wife and I contacted wakulla realty to look at a place to rent, we had a meeting with Karen Williams set up for 3:25 today. We sat there for almost an hour and she never showed. My wife tried calling her, and her office and got no answer, she even left a voicemail. We finally gave up and left, Karen finally called us back and said she was sorry but someone already put a deposit on the place. I missed a missed a half a day of work to make it to that meeting. We never got the consideration of a phone call. Wakulla Realty is a *** poor company with no respect for other people.

The owner always has the right to increase the rent and make any other decision about their property. If the owner had not agreed in writing to pay a cancellation fee if the tenant remained then of course the fee would not have been charged. Clearly the owner is angry to have been held to the ageeement.
