I've sent 3 Help Desk Inquiries (since Sunday) I deleted my August newsletter

I deleted my August newsletter. I don't know how I did, but there was not a way to reverse it. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS! I feel like I am not being heard and I am being ignored! Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

User's recommendation: There needs to be a phone number because no one responds to your help desk messages. I deleted my August newsletter, and I have to contact someone there to reverse it! I need it YESTERDAY!
