Food never picked up

This is the second time this is happened! I ordered food to be picked up and I called the restaurant because it was not at my house yet.

She said nobody arrive to pick it up and it has been sitting there for 15 minutes!

My husband had to go pick it up after he had gotten home from a hard day at work. I want a refund on the higher prices of the food, and the delivery charges.

My order just arrived for the 2nd time because they missed part of it, the first time they just dropped it on the door step no knock or doorbell ring or anything and missed part of my meal. The 2nd time they knocked and dropped it before I got to the door which I have a ring camera and it was within 30 seconds.

After I confronted her if that was procedure to just drop it and drive off she said no and then called my wife a *** and drove off Im an extremely pissed off right now and upset. Maybe I should use door dash instead if this is how your drivers behave.

No order no refund watched driver leave with food

Spent over $50 with no refund from a delivery from hooters.. driver was on the next street and didnt come on my street on the map and I watched my food drive away..

when I contacted customer service they said the driver was outside for 15min which is completely incorrect as I was standing outside helping another driver whos car o walked up to thinking it was my order find an address next to mine.. my driver never made it to my address and completely lied about being outside for 15min. The driver wasnt even in the neighborhood for 15min. This is unacceptable especially when my funds arent refunded..

The driver I was belly was looking for 4120 Lac bienville drive Harvey la and was dropping of your a customer named Mula. If shes a waiter/asap driver she can confirm my story on the dishonesty of my driver.

Worst Customer Service Ever!

Food was ordered at 8:00 pm - we received notifications that order was received, being prepared, etc., then at 9:48, we receive a notification that our order was canceled. We called the restaurant- they made the order and said it sat there and no one ever showed up to pick it up.

Trying to reach Waitr Customer Service could only be done through a chat. Our bank card was charged immediately, but they state they cannot refund our money, only give us a credit on their site. We finally found a phone number and spoke with a rude young lady. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated, Supervisors do not speak to customers, they will only speak through the text chat.

This is the third time we ordered through the new ASAP (previously Waitr) app.

The two previous times, our order was missing items.

Needless to say, we have deleted the APP. DO NOT USE THIS FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE!
