Beware of Ryan Wagner of property Midtown Reality in Sacramento Ca. He is unprofessional and will take all your personal information and not return your phone calls. He doesn't understand the importance of being a property manager and has no integrity. He carries no sense of urgency when it comes to your well being as a tenant and flat out sucks at his job.
