Resolved: Lack of movement on a placed order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. WagJag emailed that the product would arrive and it did the next day..

On Dec. 17/21 I ordered the mask and sanitizer special and received a confirmation of my order. On Dec. 21/21 I received an email that my order had been shipped. Since then I have tracked the package and the status has not moved from "Package Information Received". Now, if I had been ordering this from the other side of the world I would understand the delay, but this is a package from Toronto, Ontario, Canada being shipped to Waterloo, Ontario, Canada (a drive of less than two hours on a busy day) I have tried to call WagJag about this issue but the phone call is not answered. It only plays 'elevator music'. I have tried their email link on their support page but receive the following message: "This site cant be reached The webpage at https://support.wagjag.com/hc/en-ca/requests/new might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR" Any help in this would be most appreciated.

User's recommendation: I have had success with WagJag before but I am concerned about my inability to reach their customer service when an issue arises.

Really bad!!!

I got a deal last year for a bowl place and I did not use it. I paid the amount, and now, I tried Wagjag to validate the deal or get another deal that they have available, but they refused because it is expired. Since when the $$$$$$ expired in Canada? They got the money more than one year ago, and they did not have to pay anything because this was not something perishable. It was for a service (not for a product) I am not asking for refund, I am asking for money that I paid to use with the deals that they can make available. Bad, very bad. I have been dealing with Wag Jag for 2 months now for the same sale issue.I ordered from their perfume deal which offered a variety of styles I placed my order of Eternity from Calvin Klein and ended up with a Vera *** perfume even though the shipping order was correct I contacted "Amanda" of Wag Jag who said the seller would send a return envelope so I could replace it.Never happened. I contacted again and then "Amanda" said the seller would replace the perfume and told me to keep the original one that I didn't want anyways.Still didn't happen and now Wag Jag hasn't returned my last 3 emails.This was to be a Christmas gift that now didnt happen.Not at all impressed by this poor service

WagJag bandwagon do not jump on! Crooked company

WagJag is by far the worst of the group-buying websites. Google them and you'll find their most common scam is to double-charge your credit card. Try and call them to resolve the issue and the person you speak to acts like they can't do anything and tries to be sarcastic to you like you're being unreasonable. When I buy something and in return I have money stolen directly from me, I consider that a breach of trust. They think if they make it difficult for you you'll just forget. The Toronto office has the most evil people answering the phones. If you live in Toronto do not give any credit card to WagJag.
