They didn't give me my esa letter
Never got my esa letter and they offer me a refund but not the letter. I dont have time to wait for another 4 weeks to get it.

I have used waggy for a few years. Just recently, they are not recognized by TSA through the airlines ESA dogs are not allowed so I tried to switch to a assistance pet which states thats its allowed to travel from the American disability act. They communicate by robot only via e-mail. They are not understanding my concern. I just want a refund. I have called a few times. No returned voicemail

Poor customer service
I call several times , no one answer They got my payment but I never knew was the status of my order, not even answer the email. Hope I got my money back
