And don't lie or fob me off. You don't have help as you stated to call. So angry. My puppy is sick and it cost me a fortune.

Dog was off lead in wooded area popular with dog walkers.Unfortunately he bolted and was hit by a car some distance away maybe 50 m.Refused payout over irresponsible downownershio and dog was off lead.

Cancel insurance for pets death
- - Waggel paid my vet within hours and was extremely helpful.
- - The dog had to be put down; there was nothing more the vet could do.
Waggle is fantastic,they paid my vet within hours,extremely helpful. The dog had to be put down as he had been ill for months and there was no more the vet could do.
Money for Veterinary care had climbed steadily,they trued everything they could to stabilise my dog. Waggel was brilliant throughout and they didn't hesitate to settle the bill saving me a lot more stress.
