My dog has ,been put to sleep
She was in pain and couldn't stand for long she was in lot of pain and she was put to sleep now she not any pain

I needed help and you do not have an out of hours line, yet you expect me to call you before I go to a vet? Absolutely disgraceful.
And don't lie or fob me off. You don't have help as you stated to call. So angry. My puppy is sick and it cost me a fortune.
I will report you. I will not rest on this.
Funny how the photo won't upload. Yeah.

No answer, offered 2 months free cover but did not come up on reviewing the cover ??I want someone I can actually speak to
Claim denied
Dog was off lead in wooded area popular with dog walkers.Unfortunately he bolted and was hit by a car some distance away maybe 50 m.Refused payout over irresponsible downownershio and dog was off lead.
Our dog was in a dog walking area off lead.
There was *** in the fence that we had not seen before.
He got through the hole and was hit by a car.
They denied on grounds of irresponsible pet ownership.
Be aware of this when choosing insurance.our current bills are over £5000
A freak accident in awful circumstances for all involved.

Cancel insurance for pets death
Waggle is fantastic,they paid my vet within hours,extremely helpful. The dog had to be put down as he had been ill for months and there was no more the vet could do.
Money for Veterinary care had climbed steadily,they trued everything they could to stabilise my dog. Waggel was brilliant throughout and they didn't hesitate to settle the bill saving me a lot more stress.

Have issue with confirmation of dental checkup and any issues that arise in future
Received e mail regarding recent policy and cover of specifically dental treatment in the future. Not clear if dental issues are covered if in future a claim was made
