Resolved: So Frustrated!!
- - Used Stream for early pay twice; a paycheck processed without my request, half shows on a card I dont own and the rest is missing; no help.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was provided a full refund after they checked into the issue.
Their customer service took a couple days to start working on the issue, but after that they worked hard to resolve the issue which happened due to fraud. Contact customer service with complete details and check in every day or two to make sure it is getting done, and remember to be grateful for the help.
I found out that what happened was my email was hacked, which allowed someone to hijack my pay through wagestream. Wagestream has now been in contact me to resolve the issue. I am not as frustrated as I was and grateful to be getting some help!
But, unbeknownst to me, my paycheck still goes through Stream even when I didn't request it. The problem is, it never got to my bank and is also no longer in my Stream app, although the Stream app shows that half of my check was deposited to a debit card that I don't have and have never had. The other half of my check doesn't seem to be anywhere. I have called my employer twice, chatted with the chat feature on Stream 3 times, 2 of which they said someone would reach out to me; that was over 5 hours ago and still nothing.
I am beyond frustrated, and once this is resolved, I will never use this app again and will tell everyone I see to avoid it!
