Verified ReviewerMalpractice, indifferent, horrific attorney
- - Riley T Wauddo9ups showed indifference in my mother's case.
- - He failed to notify a government entity, causing dismissal and missing a major deadline.
Riley T Wauddo9ups took my mother's case with the utmost indifference and lack of capability. Her case was against a government entitty, he failed to provide notice to that entity, an and when he failed to do so, the case was dismissed.
It was a major deadline in a very cut/dry straightforward case. Now my mother is an invalid with a clear, sharp mind and Waddoups could not care less. I have another attorney purusing a malpractice claim against him, but I would advise potential clients to run like him or his colleages like the plague.
He is also abrupt, rude and dishonest. It is my experience that he cares nothing for his client.
- Too many to list
- Incompetent
- Uncommunicative
Preferred solution: I would appreciate it if Mr.Waddoups would contact his insurance company and ask them to compensate my mother for the years of surgeries, assisted living, pain and suffering and a lifetime of imprisonment. $5,000,000.00 minimum.
User's recommendation: Run from him like the plague. Any lawyer is better than Riley.

You better get another malpractice attorney. The one you have should have advised you to speak to no one about your mother’s case, much less post it on a third party complaint site visited by 3+ million people each month. Also, if the original law firm has Google alerts set up, they will see this.
Is this a threat? Care to share your full name?
My post is truthful, it's also my opinion. Perhaps you could introduce yourself and inform me why you believe I should keep my mouth shut while the case is still active?
My position is that people considering him to represent them should be warned. There's no defamation here.
How were you threatened, snowflake? They did not threaten you!
They were trying to point out to you that you have potentially libeled and defamed this attorney on a public forum!!! What's YOUR FULL NAME since you are one who posted on here originally warning people about this attorney!
What's your mother's full name?! How do we, the consumer, know your story is real?!
