I have a very bad experience regarding the repair process of my tablet, the tablet itself have the swollen battery issue , so i sending my tablet for repair and it was located in singapore, and i was told to expect to get it back within 3-5 weeks , but the problem is after 2 month of no news or any update , i was getting really upset and tried to called the wacom through their hotline, and ask for the latest update , and unfortunately the representative dont really want to listen and answer to my complaint (the cause of the delay) and tried to wand off from their excuses and tell me it was not their fault.

Ya, over priced product and get scolded from you guys.

User's recommendation: This is proven that the expensive tablet doesnt come with the good after sales service even when you paid for it.
