Billed after stopping servie
They still have not refunded my money because they say their “system” is down. The system has been down for 3-4 weeks …….really?
Hello,
I called some time back and stated that I wanted to stop my digital subscription because it has become too expensive for me as a senior citizen on a fixed income. To my surprise, my Chase credit card was charged $37.88 on February 12. This is very disappointing and I want a refund of my money. I have tried to call you on several occasions but continue to get the message that you are having technical difficulties. Please refund my money as this is a mistake on your part. Thank you.
